Police recently arrested a UPS driver accused of illegally taking photos of a woman in a bathroom stall in Denville, New Jersey.
The suspect works as a UPS driver. According to law enforcement officials, the suspect was on his lunch break at a building in Denville NJ when he committed the crime. He reportedly changed out of his UPS uniform and walked into the women’s bathroom, where he hid in a restroom stall and waited for the victim to enter the stall next to him. The suspect then allegedly used his cell phone to snap photographs of the victim.
When the victim noticed the suspect’s cell phone underneath the partition, she confronted the suspect. That’s when the suspect reportedly ran out of the bathroom and exited the building.
Remarkably, the suspect later came back to the business complex to deliver packages for UPS. That’s when police officers took him into custody and questioned him. Police eventually determined that the suspect should be placed under arrest.
The suspect, a 37-year-old man from Byram NJ, has been charged with invasion of privacy.
After being arrested and charged, the suspect was released from police custody with a pending court date.
