Rochelle Park police recently arrested a Dover man accused of burglarizing a house. Police made the arrest after receiving a tip about a suspicious person in the area.
According to law enforcement, the suspect was spotted outside a residence located on Lexington Avenue in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. Someone noticed the suspect and dialed 911 to alert the Rochelle Park Police Department.
When Rochelle Park cops arrived at the scene, they found the suspect hiding in a nearby house.
When Rochelle Park NJ cops found the suspect, he was allegedly in possession of a construction mask, rubber gloves, and a flashlight. Additionally, the suspect reportedly had several antiques that went missing from the burglarized residence.
The suspect is a 62-year-old man from Dover, New Jersey. He faces numerous criminal charges, including burglary, theft of movable property, possession of burglary tools, and criminal trespass.
