According to law enforcement, the suspect approached a woman who was walking in a Dover neighborhood and forced her inside a residence. He then allegedly attacked her and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect later threatened the victim and forced her to go to an ATM and withdraw cash. After allegedly robbing the victim, the suspect ran off.
