The prosecutor agreed to a “carry order” where they carry the charges for 90 days, our client completes anger management classes, and, as long as there are no other incidents between the parties during that period, the case is dismissed at the end.

Then, we appeared in court again with proof of the anger management classes and the victim again confirmed that she wanted the charges dropped. As a result, the judge agreed to dismiss the case completely for our client. We then helped him apply for an automatic expungement to have the arrest removed from his record as well.
